Signature Discovery Analytic Framework

In this project, researchers are developing and maintaining an analytic framework that will integrate a set of interoperable tools, methods, and data repositories for use by researchers across multiple projects. The flexible and extensible architecture being developed will implement the signature discovery methodology and will readily allow new tools to be added.

Multiple signature detection tools and analysis tools will be combined into a single system. Leveraging current capabilities in scalable software architecture will deliver new enterprise-strength technologies and novel features to support scientific data and analytic integration. The resulting analytic framework will enable the visual composition and execution of signature processing workflows, which will be applicable to a wide range of application domains.
